Suppliers of goods and services to Queensland Government departments and agencies can find out online what offers and tenders are being called – and what’s likely to be coming up.
To tender for a project, you need to access the Tenders Current link. Once you have selected a specific offer, you will need to follow instructions outlined to register as a tenderer and obtain all relevant documentation.
You can also get advanced notice of anticipated purchases for projects and goods and services by accessing Forward Procurement Schedules. These schedules set out agencies’ intentions to enter a contract or standing offer arrangement or make ad-hoc purchases; there is no guarantee that they will all happen.
Suppliers can check the status of tenders online at Tenders Under Review and find out the outcomes of tenders at Tenders Awarded.
To access the standard Queensland Government terms and conditions i.e. 'Conditions of Offer' and 'Conditions of Contract', you need to access the Standard Conditions.
