Suppliers of goods and services to Queensland Government departments and agencies can go online to find out what offers and tenders are being called, and what’s likely to be coming up.
To tender for a project, view current tenders. Once you have selected a specific offer, you will need to follow the instructions to register as a tenderer, and to obtain all the relevant documentation.
You can also get advanced notice of expected purchases of goods and services by viewing proposed tenders. These schedules set out agencies’ intentions to enter into a contract or standing offer arrangement, or to make ad-hoc purchases; there is no guarantee that they will happen.
Suppliers can check the status of tenders by viewing closed tenders, and can find out the outcomes of tenders by looking at awarded tenders.

The Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office is currently developing an upgraded eTender system in cooperation with the South Australian and Western Australia Governments. It is expected that this system will be available in early July 2009. Further updates will be provided closer to this time.
